Please can we make sure that names are printed CLEAR on the match cards.

Please can the match cards be sent back on ASAP or by Wednesday at noon. Can captains please review the cards BEFORE they are sent, this will save any unnecessary chasing of unreadable names. Remember, if you can't read the names it's unlikely I can !!!

The aim is to have the league tables & Merit updated no later than Thursday evenings however to achieve this the match cards MUST be clear and updated correctly.

Penalty points will be given for unreadable and late score cards

For anyone unsure on how this works, the MERIT is formula based and can only be updated once all match cards are submitted and are correct. After a lot of work to get this up and running, last season the MERIT got delayed on a few occasions due to a number of reasons.

Unable to read match card names.
Only just being told of names being incorrect.
Delay in getting names & missing weeks player names.

Put simply, if these details are not passed over fully completed, the MERIT will not be able to be updated. Can I therefore ask again that the match cards are reviewed and checked by the team captains BEFORE submission every week.

ALL registration for the pool league will now be done via this website. therefore all names will be spelt correctly and payment made via bank and a receipt will be issued with the Pool information pack

Any new teams that want to join will need to contact us first to make sure we can allow you to join the following season.

UNPLAYED FIXTURES

If for any reason a Fixture can not be completed on the evening, can the team unable to play the fixture please make there opposition team aware ASAP.
